God is FOREVER the same!

Yesterday, while Lan and I were cooking prawn crackers my Mum has sent us, together, we came to the point where we talk about Chair Mao, the famous ruler of China.
Lan said Chair Mao used to be a very good person... UNTIL he got the whole country under him. Somehow he changed... He used to not care about money and power, but after he tasted how it is to be a leader of such a massive country, he was never the same anymore. Chair Mao became greedy of power and wealth. He did all he could to get rid of those who opposed him and to keep the power for himself.
When Lan said that, Holy Spirit opened my eyes and my heart... And suddenly it becomes clear why it is so important that yesterday, today and forever, The LORD is never changing! Thank you, Lord, for speaking to me through Lan. Just imagining if God changes like human does, what would become of us? Say, after the crucifixion, Jesus changes His mind and blames all of us for His sufferings, how doomed we will be? Praise God that our God is faithful!

What a powerful God we have!
Thank you, Jesus, for being faithful 'til the end.
Teach us to have the unchanging heart towards You.

    iya sist, manusia kalo udah dikasi kekuasaan bisa lupa sama sgalanya. dulu baek, skarang jadi ga baek. kekuasaan itu tanggung jawab ya sist. dan tanggung jawab itu ga bisa dianggap remeh.

T omorrow is Hans (my little brother)'s birthday. He is going to be 11 years old! So, A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY to YOU, brother! 6 more days....

T o Beijing, China. Why do time fly so fast when we are having fun? I can't believe it already comes to the last week of our holiday at my home... One month is truly NOT enough! :( Sunday afternoon will come so soon for us to leave Bali on the way to Beijing. I still am NOT excited. I really don't know what to expect... Maybe I'll just close my eyes and have faith that God knows what's ahead of us... Maybe. Please pray that things go well for us starting a new chapter there, in Beijing. Anyway, this evening, we went to Airport to send my beloved best friend and sister, Yulia, off to go back to Jakarta. She came since last Wednesday, for 5 days. Too bad I was sick, so we didn't get to go around Bali as planned. However, we had a great time at Tanjung Benoa; me taking photos and Lan and her playing jetskis, banana boats and parasailing. We also played UNO together, the four of us (Lan, Grace, she and I), and had way too much laughter! I'm so glad she came.

A loha!!! I am back from busy days... I miss my blogging world so much hehehe... probably missed a lot of stories as well from you guys. Oh well... now that the exams are over , I can have a little bit relaxation for myself. For the last several weeks, I and my feelings have been up and down...
